Credits are the currency that powers every AI interaction on Odaq. Each time you run an analysis, generate a dashboard, or create ad copy, a small number of credits are consumed. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle.
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next cycle.
When your monthly credits are exhausted, you can purchase a one-time credit top-up pack to keep working. Unused top-up credits never expire and carry over month to month.
Yes. The Starter plan is completely free and includes a generous credit allowance so you can explore Insight, Canvas, and Scribe without any commitment.
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, credits purchased as one-time top-up packs never expire and remain in your account until you use them.
